Shipping and Return Policy
EN4U ships from our different distribution centers across the Country, therefore, please be aware that if you place an order and want fast shipping, it may be faster for us to send your order via USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days )or USPS Priority (2-3 Business Days). We will always use the fastest shipping method to ensure that your package is delivered quickly and discreetly. We value your privacy and we will send packages out with the initials “EN4U” on the return address label. Currently we ship via USPS. All of these companies base the price of the packages on weight. We offer the following shipping methods: USPS First Class Mail - $3.95 (3-5 Business Days) - FREE Shipping on orders $60+ USPS Priority Mail - $7.00 (2-3 Business Days) USPS International - $30.00 (10-14 Business Days) USPS International Express - $39.95 (7-10 Business Days) EN4U ships Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) Please allow 1-2 days for processing, and then calculate the delivery estimation. Note that all delivery times are estimates provided to us by each carrier and are subject to delays in shipping due to Holidays or circumstances beyond the shippers control, such as bad weather, etc. International Shipping International shipments require customs paperwork and these shipments will take about 1-3 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country. We ship your orders via standard ground, normally via USPS. The charge is $30.00. This will include a Customs Number. If you would like to have your package sooner Internationally, We can charge a Fee of $39.95 which will Track your package and you will receive your package sooner, usually 7-10 Business Days. It is wise to check with local customs regulations before you place an order with us to be aware of the laws within their country. All items that we sell on our site are legal in the United States, however if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs. If this occurs, a refund is not given. We also are not held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the United States. Due to the unpredictability of customs, EN4U will ship all International orders via standard ground service. Once the shipment arrives into the destination country and customs received the package, the customs agents make all the final delivery arrangements. The customer can contact their local customs agents for final delivery information and arrangements. Return Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from EroticNights4U.com. We have a 30 day returns policy on select items. Due to health hazards and concerns, the following items are NOT returnable once they have been opened. This includes, but is not limited to: Anal Toys, Love Dolls and Love Kits, Bondage Equipment, Cock Extensions, Dildo’s, Vibrators, Artificial Vaginas, Penis Pumps, Massage Items, Oils and Lubricants. Exceptions to the rule are if a mechanical item is defective, you will receive the same item for exchange provided you return the item within 30 days of the shipping date. EN4U will inspect the item to ensure that it is defective. If we no longer have the item available, you will be given something comparable to it. DVD videos can be returned if they were not opened OR if they were opened and defective, you may get an even exchange only. We will send the new item at our cost. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your new item. Books are not returnable. If you decide you don’t want an item that you ordered, you may return it to us within 30 days as long as the product has not been opened. You will be refunded for the cost of the item, but not for the cost of shipping. You must ship the item back at your own expense. In order to begin the return process, you must first obtain an RMA number. Visit our Ticket Support System and fill in the required fields. Your message must contain your order number, date, and the reason for the return. To insure your RMA is properly expedited, it is imperative that you select the "rmarequest" department before sending. We will not give refunds, exchanges or credits after 30 days. Any defects that occur in a mechanical item after 30 days will require you to go through the manufacturer of the item. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available to us. |
