Customer Service is available by telephone from 9 AM - 5 PM, Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. You can call from the U.S or Canada at 1-877-681-EN4U (3648). We are not open on National Holidays. Anyone outside of the U.S or Canada must get in touch with us via our contact us page. We generally respond to e mails within 1-2 hours of receiving them, but it could take longer, depending on the time of day and what time of year it is.
Am I able to order via phone or fax?

How fast are orders processed and shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped out on the same or next business day, however there are items that may be on backorder and cause shipping delays. How long will it take for my order to get to me?

I saw the same item at another website for a lesser cost. Do you price match?
Yes, if you see the same item priced lower at another website, send us the product link to the item. Keep in mind that the item code must be the same and the item can not be on clearance, liquidation, closeout or on sale. The item's price must be the competitors every day price for us to match it. We will also take off an additional 10% of the matched price.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge a sales tax of 8.8% for Arizona addresses.
What if I am not happy with my order? Can I return it?
We accept all major credit and debit/check cards including Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You must provide your exact billing address, which your card bank has on file. Incorrect information will cause your order to decline. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders, Company and Personal Checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.
